About Heart & Sole
Heart and Sole Shoes is a unique shoe store in the heart of Fabulous Fort St and worth the visit! We are located at 1023 Fort St between Vancouver and Cook in a 1929 heritage building beside Fort St Cycle. Our buyers seek interesting, bespoke footwear and accessories from all over the world. Our shoes are crafted in Spain, Portugal, Israel, Germany, France, Mexico and the United States.
OUR ROLE
Our photography team works with Heart and Sole to showcase their high end products in the studio and on the streets. For lifestyle images our team collaborates with a network of models to photograph the shoes in the real world. Our high attention to detail ensures the shoes are paired with the best possible clothing and location to properly translate the theme for each individual style of shoe. We take extreme precautions to preserve the shoes quality and avoid damage to the product and its packaging. We use painters tape on the bottom of shoes to avoid scuffs, and even carry a broom on shoots to sweep dirty downtown sidewalks before getting the shot.
